Our Pre-Conference Training program covers a wide range of topics including professional development sessions, marketing & social media development, systems training, air, cruise, luxury & GDS masterclasses and a range of peer to peer sessions.
Please refer to the Pre-Conference Training program to work out the training sessions you would like to attend (full course descriptions and facilitator details are displayed from p 5-9). The topics are listed in alphabetical order. Book your session here. Select the relevant topic, then the relevant session time and click on the register button.
Please note that the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions are held at MTA Head Office in Robina and Thursday and Friday sessions are held at The Intercontinental, Sanctuary Cove (conference venue).

All courses are offered free of charge; however cancellation charges will apply if you register for a course and cancel after 17 February 2020.
